"This egg chair has some sort of defect and it is seriously frutrating!!! The chair will not stay in the position it is supposed to, as a result it keeps hitting the bar while swinging. I tried returning, but what a hassel they put you through!!! Then they tell me I can donate to a charity with a tax ID and get a full refund. Why not just give me a refund now and I can donate when I can!"

"I need to return my complete order because after a month of using it, the outdoor couch we got is coming apart at the seams, and the egg chair we got will not stay in its place and as a result keeps hitting the bar when swinging. I got in touch with them to return and they want me to just place everything outside to be picked up. Cannot trust for these not to get stolen. Chatted with someone else and they said they donate everything. So why not just give me my refund and save me the stress! I can leave it out without worrying it might get stolen (they definitely will get stolen)."

Correct instructions for assembly would be nice.
"The chair portion was great and easy to assemble. The frame on the other hand was not. The instructions were incorrect and the telephone assistant send new pieces and the same incorrect directions. I finished putting it together using common sense. I hope that's enough to hold it together?"
