"I bought 2 chairs from GDF Studio and after 6 weeks the wood was cracking. Customer service told I should not have kept it outside in the summer elements............DUH, it was an outdoor chair!! Then they tell me I should oil it onticece or twice a year. Ok, 6 months and 1 year in right? NOT 1 month in. plus they gave no advice in the packaging to oil the wood. They would not replace the cracked pieces on the 2 chairs. Bad customer service, bad product. Do NOT deal with this company"

"Fairly easy to put together, one of the holes was misaligned so the screw doesn’t go in all the way. Cushions are thinner than expected but overall good value for the price paid. Planning to get covers so the wood doesn’t get ruined outside in the sun."
