Buyers Beware. . . Sad experience!
"I bought the beige set less than a year ago and now, one of the chairs' gold trim is fading off. The armrest section of one of the chairs is showing discoloration to the point where you can see the silver/metal color. I reached out to Support, and the only answer I got was, "we can't assist with this request as it is not under warranty". Not even a "how can we make this better, or giving the option to buy that section only". I was not looking to replace both chairs nor return them. I was even willing to buy the gold section if it was offered or sold to replace the defective chair. The discoloration is only happening to one of the chairs. We only use them as decorative side sitting, not everyday sitting, so clearly defective. "
