Buyer beware on the Mulberry protection plan
"I purchased 2 of these sectionals. I was out of the country and did not cover my first one from the winter elements. On my second purchase I DID purchase the Mulberry protection plan but also to great care in covering it in tbe winter months but also ANYTIME severe weather was predicted. I made a claim request after I uncovered the furniture and large tears were discovered on the cushions. I explained that I wasn't concerned about minor stains that were from normal use but the tears were significant and that I had done my part to protect it. Although the brief summary given at the time of the sale stated that tears and stains were covered, MULBERRY went to great lengths to show me a very lengthy ' new' agreement that I had never seen before and pointed to the fact that I couldn't identify which DAY the damage had occurred even though I was WELL WITHIN THE 5 year period of coverage. I never wanted or expected a new sectional but did feel I should recieve new cushion COVERS! GDFStudio did reach out and reply that they don't deal with cushions and sent sources to order, I still feel that MULBERRY Technologies 'protection plan' will be a waste of time and money for any potential buyer from this company. Save your money and avoid the headache."

Very pleased with this purchase
"Exactly as pictured. I appreciate the clips underneath that hold the pieces together, and that the seat cushions attach to the wooden base. Other reviews mentioned the cushions were too firm, but I think they need to be thicker. I also need throw pillows for back support. We’ve had this less than a month and we’ve visited, relaxed and napped on it already. Very pleased with the purchase. I bought a cover separately to keep it nicer looking longer."

Happy with my outdoor sectional
"I absolutely the quality and style of the piece, it’s stunning in our outdoor space. It’s exactly what we were looking for and the websites photos match the coloring. The cushions are a bit firm, but I think it’s better than not since it should soften a bit over time. It is comfortable to sit and lounge, I especially love that you can lounge from both ends or the middle. We are already getting compliments and I think it adds elegance and functionality to any outdoor space. I’m excited to see how it lasts over time. The only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was due to a few angled pre drilled holes that made me nervous. Once my partner helped me we were able to hold it taught enough to make it work without splitting the wood. But it would have been nicer without this during assembly. Definitely assemble with two people towards the end. It was a bit difficult to move the larger pieces around to connect to one another from the underside. I would recommend this product and definitely buy again."

"Easy to assemble and is the perfect fit for my house in the pines. Cushions are firm but very comfortable. Liquid repels easily but the cushions do get drenched threw when left out during a thunderstorm so best to cover with a tarp or bring indoors."

Was sceptical but pleasantly surprised
"Sofa came so quickly which these days is quite something. Easy to put together. Cushions are firm. Water repellant so far when we have forgotten to cover it. Not mad keen on the table but for the price who cares! Only negative so far is the amount of styrofoam used in the packaging which our town won't recycle."
