GDFStudio 90-Day LIMITED WARRANTY
GDFStudio (“GDF”) warrants that GDF furniture are free from defective materials and workmanship. This 90 Day Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) commences on the date of delivery and is valid for 90 days thereafter, available only to the original purchaser.
If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing or material defect, GDF will decide at its sole discretion whether to provide replacements for the purchased item. GDF will pay for the shipping costs of any replacement item(s) and the total cost for replacements of a single claim, excluding shipping costs, will not exceed the original purchase price. Any item replaced under this Warranty will be covered by this Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only. Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorized by GDF will void this Warranty.
LIMITATIONS
This Warranty does NOT apply to:
• Merchandise that was, at any time, used as a floor sample or display model.
• Merchandise purchased “as is” or not purchased directly from https://gdfstudio.com/
• Any condition resulting from delivery or transportation damage.
• Any condition resulting from inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care of furniture.
• Any condition resulting from negligence, misuse or abuse of furniture.
• Any condition resulting from normal wear and tear, or accidents including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, watermarks, or any pet related damage.
• Furniture used outdoors, unless specifically stated otherwise.
CLAIM PROCEDURE
Any claims under this Warranty must be emailed to [email protected] attached with photos of the alleged defects and the order number.
